SHIPPING, DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY

Because we partner with trusted networks like PayPal for secure global payment processing, our shipping, cancellation, and refund guidelines are fully transparent and compliant with international consumer protection standards and PayPal Merchant policies.

1. Processing Time & Product Availability

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Product Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will immediately ship the available part of your order. As soon as the remaining item is back in stock, we will ship it separately at no extra shipping cost to you.

  • Tracking Notification: Once your order (or part of it) is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a valid tracking number to monitor your package in real-time.

2. Shipping Methods, Cost & Destinations

  • Shipping Destination: We currently ship strictly to customers within the United States (US). Please note that to remain compliant with PayPal’s Seller Protection criteria, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • Delivery Timeframe: We use standard trackable carriers. The estimated delivery timeframe is 3 to 7 business days, with a maximum delivery window of 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable and are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of your items before you finalize your purchase.

3. Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. You can request an order cancellation on the same day the order is placed.

  • Before Shipment: If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately back to your PayPal account.

  • After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you must receive the package and follow our standard return process.

4. 30-Day Return Window & Conditions

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days from the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, clothing items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact condition you received them.

  • In the original packaging with all tags firmly attached.

  • Exceptions: Custom-made, personalized, or special-edition apparel cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Damaged Items

  • Damaged Items: We take ultimate care in packaging your apparel. However, if there is any physical damage to the items upon delivery, you must contact us at admin@jarnoscloth.com within 5 days of receipt to file a claim.

  • Return Shipping: Except in cases where we sent the wrong or damaged item, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

6. Refund Processing Timelines

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our team, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method.

  • PayPal Wallet Payments: Refunded within 1 business day (funds usually appear instantly in your PayPal balance).

  • Credit / Debit Cards (via PayPal Gateway): Processed within 1–2 business days (depending on your card issuer’s specific bank processing times).

7. Address Accuracy & Carrier Disputes

Please ensure that your shipping address is 100% accurate and complete at checkout. In strict accordance with PayPal’s Merchant Protection guidelines, we ship only to the authorized and verified address provided at the time of transaction. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address submissions. Any valid tracking ID provided by the shipping courier serves as definitive, official proof of delivery.
