  • Price Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item or service at any time without prior liability.

3. Order Acceptance and PayPal Billing

  • Payment Authorization: All payments are processed securely via PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize PayPal to charge the designated amount to your selected payment method.

  • Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order you place with us. This includes orders flagged by PayPal’s automated fraud-detection and risk management systems, or orders that fail PayPal’s Seller Protection verification.

  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. Inaccurate address submissions that result in delivery failures will not be eligible for instant refunds or claims.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Buyer Requirements

All shipments strictly adhere to our published Shipping, Delivery & Refund Policy.

  • Address Verification: To comply with PayPal’s Seller Protection policy, orders will only be shipped to the authorized and verified physical address listed on the PayPal transaction details page. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Proof of Delivery: Any tracking ID provided by the authorized shipping courier serves as definitive and official proof of delivery in compliance with global merchant standards.

5. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the unique designs of our apparel.
